Save the Date for 1st Saturday!
There is live music at the gallery THIS weekend, on February 1st. There’s a slight chance of snow, but we won’t let that stop us! Musical performance by Dan Frantz.
Dan has been playing in the Chester County area since 1991. His sets are full of songs he loves, and which reflect his diverse musical taste. You’ll hear classic Rock, like the Stones and Zeppelin, with some Elvis and Johnny Cash, assorted outlaw country, hits from the 80s (like Tainted Love, Personal Jesus, Best Friend’s Girl). Other musicians you might hear Dan covering are Ryan Adams, Crowded House, and Josh Rouse.
I’m sure that I’ll play something that resonates with everyone at some point.
Dan has lived in Chester Springs for many years. In addition to playing music locally at places like Birchrun Hills Farm and Silkie’s Alpaca Farm, he is a husband and father to 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 2 cats.
We’re looking forward to having Dan play at the gallery!
This Saturday marks the halfway point of “Toward a Tender Place.” An exhibit by West Chester University alumni Hannah Zartman, who specializes in relief printing process and fiber art. Here is a look at some pieces in the exhibit:
