Artwork Spotlights give you a glimpse into the beautiful work we have in our gallery, in hopes that you’ll be inspired to visit in person.
The exhibit on display for July and August was Kami: Interpreting the Beauty of Nature Through 3 Generations.
This show included the work of three talented, related artists with Japanese ancestry—Kiya Nicole, Miho Kahn, and Eiko Taniguchi Kahn—who work across various mediums. Despite their differences in medium, they all have a tendency to experiment with form and texture, as well as portray a reverence of nature.
This exhibit encapsulated one hundred cumulative years of work. We want to show you some of our favorites.
